01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and p999p ("the Platform"). Access to and use of the p999p platform — including but not limited to sports betting, casino games, slot games, and bingo — is conditional on your unconditional acceptance of these Terms.

By completing the registration process, logging into your account, or placing any bet or wager on p999p, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood these Terms in full.
• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are accessing the platform of your own free will and for personal entertainment purposes.
• You are not acting on behalf of any third party in placing bets or making transactions.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must stop using the platform immediately and close your account by contacting customer support.

02 Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on p999p, you must meet the following requirements at all times:

• Age: You must be 18 years of age or older. p999p reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time. Accounts found to belong to players under 18 will be closed immediately and any funds held may be returned to the depositing payment method after review.
• Capacity: You must be legally capable of entering into binding agreements under applicable law.
• Single account: You may only hold one active account on p999p. Opening multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, they will be merged or closed and any bonus winnings derived from the duplicate may be voided.
• Accurate information: All personal information provided during registration and throughout the account lifecycle must be truthful, accurate, and kept up to date.

p999p reserves the right to decline registration or suspend access to any player without being required to give a specific reason, particularly where there are concerns about eligibility, identity, or fraudulent activity.

03 Account Registration and Security

When registering on p999p, you are required to provide accurate personal details including your name, date of birth, mobile number, and preferred payment method details. You may be asked to verify your identity at any stage by submitting a copy of a valid government-issued ID, proof of address, or proof of payment method ownership.

Password and security: You are solely responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Do not share your password with anyone. p999p staff will never ask for your password through any communication channel. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify support immediately. p999p will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to secure your account.

Inactive accounts: Accounts that have had no login activity for an extended period may be classified as inactive. p999p reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee or close dormant accounts, subject to advance notice where required.

Account closure: You may request to close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Pending bets will be settled in the normal course before any remaining balance is returned to your verified payment method.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on p999p are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are currently supported for both deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, and debit/credit cards.

Deposits: Funds deposited must come from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where someone else sends funds on your behalf — are not permitted and may result in account suspension pending investigation. Deposits are credited to your PKR wallet promptly, subject to the processing time of your chosen payment method.

Withdrawals: Withdrawals will only be processed to a verified payment method. p999p reserves the right to conduct identity verification before approving a withdrawal. Processing times are approximately:

• JazzCash and Easypaisa: 1–3 hours after approval
• Raast: 2–6 hours after approval
• Bank Transfer: up to 24 hours
• Debit/Credit Card: up to 24 hours

Withdrawal conditions: Where a deposit bonus has been claimed, withdrawals may be held until the applicable wagering requirement has been met. Attempting to withdraw before completing wagering requirements may result in the bonus and associated winnings being removed from the account.

Minimum and maximum amounts: Deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in the cashier section of the platform. These limits may vary by payment method.

05 Bonuses and Promotions

p999p offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers across its sports betting, casino, and slot game products. All promotions are subject to their own specific terms, which are published on the Promotions page. The following general rules apply to all bonuses unless stated otherwise:

• One bonus per player: Each promotion is available once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address. Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once is considered abuse and will result in forfeiture of all related winnings.
• Wagering requirements: Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement — a multiplier that specifies how many times the bonus amount must be wagered before a withdrawal can be made. For example, a PKR 1,000 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement means PKR 10,000 in qualifying bets must be placed before withdrawal is available.
• Eligible games and markets: Not all games and betting markets contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sports betting, slots, casino, and bingo products may have different contribution rates, which are specified in the individual promotion terms.

06 Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting on p999p covers cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, football, esports, tennis, and more than 30 other sports. The following general rules govern all sports wagers placed on the platform:

• Bet confirmation: A bet is only valid once confirmed by the platform and a bet reference number has been issued. Bets not confirmed due to a connection error or platform issue are not considered accepted.
• Odds changes: Odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. If you submit a bet and the odds have changed by the time it is processed, p999p may accept the bet at the new odds or return the stake depending on your account settings.
• Live in-play betting: In-play bets are accepted at the discretion of the platform. p999p reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time during an event. Bets placed after the relevant action has occurred (for example, a wicket falling) will be voided if it is determined that the bet was placed with knowledge of the outcome.
• Void bets: Bets may be voided if an event is cancelled, abandoned, postponed beyond the stated settlement period, or if a clear pricing error is identified. Voided bets are returned to your wallet as the original stake amount.
• Match abandonment — cricket: For PSL and cricket matches, p999p follows industry-standard abandonment rules. If a match is reduced due to weather or other circumstances, revised target rules (such as DLS method results) will be used for settlement where applicable.
• Maximum winnings: A maximum payout limit per event applies across all sports. This limit is displayed in the bet slip before confirmation.
• Obvious errors: p999p reserves the right to void bets placed at odds that were clearly erroneous — for example, a market priced due to a technical error. Decisions on obvious errors are at the sole discretion of the platform.

07 Casino, Slots, and Bingo

The casino, live casino, slot games, and bingo products on p999p are provided by third-party game software suppliers. The rules for each individual game are determined by the game provider and are displayed within the game interface. p999p is responsible for the fair and accurate crediting of wins to player accounts based on game outcomes, but the underlying game mathematics and Return to Player (RTP) percentages are set by the game provider.

• Game availability: Games may be added, removed, or temporarily suspended at any time. p999p will endeavour to give advance notice of permanent removals where possible.
• Progressive jackpots: Where a game carries a progressive jackpot element, the jackpot rules and seed amounts are set by the game provider. p999p does not set or guarantee jackpot values.
• Live casino: Live dealer games are streamed in real time by the game provider. In the event of a disconnection during a live game hand or round, the outcome will be determined by the game provider's rules and the result recorded at the time of disconnection will stand.
• Bingo: Bingo ticket purchases are final. Tickets cannot be cancelled or refunded once a game round has started. Scheduled game times are approximate and may vary.
• Malfunctions: In the event of a game malfunction that affects the integrity of the result, the round will be voided and stakes returned. A game malfunction does not entitle any player to the displayed outcome if that outcome was produced by the error.

08 Prohibited Activity

The following activities are strictly prohibited on p999p. Accounts found to be engaging in any of the below will be suspended and may be permanently closed, with all balances subject to review:

• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other technological means to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players in poker, live casino, or any game where player-vs-player interaction is involved.
• Placing bets with the intention of exploiting pricing errors or system vulnerabilities.
• Arbitrage betting where the primary intention is to exploit risk-free profits across markets at p999p's expense rather than genuine sports speculation.
• Using the platform for money laundering, structuring transactions, or any other financial crime.
• Attempting to hack, probe, or access areas of the platform beyond your authorised account area.
• Providing false identification documents or misrepresenting your identity at any stage.

09 Responsible Gaming

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on how much you can deposit. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Reducing a limit takes effect immediately; increasing a limit requires a cooling-off period.

• Self-exclusion: Request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion from the platform. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be blocked and you will not receive marketing communications.

13 Limitation of Liability

p999p provides the platform on an "as is" basis.
